Who Am I

I’m Christine Dudley. You can find me at https://www.hackcounsel.com/ and elsewhere on the web and in the world.

Data I Collect

I don’t collect anything. I have no reason to. It is my expectation that if you wish to interact with me, you will contact me. I don’t give you cookies and you should not have anything from me remaining on your computer except things you have openly viewed. You are automatically opted out.

I don’t accept comments, media, or anything else from you, so there’s no need for anyone to keep track of who you are, what I did with your data, and what to do if you want something back.

My site could have a little more functionality if I were to place tokens on your computer. All the bells and whistles are nice, but they are most definitely not necessary. Since everything has a tradeoff, I prefer to keep things as simple as possible. In the “leave no trace” perspective, I prefer to not add to the bloat of trash on your computer that you have from visiting a site even once.

I welcome email you send from your own mail application if you have questions or wish to share your thoughts. I see no reason to replicate something you already have on this website.

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We may use QUIC.cloud services to process & cache your data temporarily. Please see https://quic.cloud/privacy-policy/ for more details.
